Our custom cakes and baked goods require a minimum of 10 days notice.
All orders requiere a 50% deposit.
An order is considered a Rush Order when it is booked with less than 7 days prior to the event date. When possible, we will do our best to accommodate rush orders.
All rush orders will include a Rush Fee. The Rush Fee will be calculated as A) a flat fee of $25.00 or B) 15% of the total order cost, whichever amount is higher.
Payments can be made in cash or trough Venmo, Zelle, ATH Móvil, or PayPal.
Remaining balance is due upon delivery or pick up time. Please ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience.
We accept cancellations up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to pick-up or delivery date.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase when picking up or within 24 hours of pick-up, please notify us inmediatly and return the entire product.
No refunds will be given unless the complete product is returned.
We are not responsible for damages occurring to the cake during transport, set-up, or any time after it is delivered or picked up.
To prevent damages, we will always provide instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick-up.
Orders that are not picked up within the specified time frame will not be refunded.
Full or partial refunds are only available in store credit.
